These principles help drive our wellness programming in order to support staff and students in multiple facets while on their wellness journey.

REST: Taking time to give your mind and body a break in order to enhance health.

EAT: To ingest food with maximum nutrients in appropriate portions in order to enhance health.

MOVE: To go in a certain direction with a continuous motion with the intent of enhancing fitness level and health.
